WEEK 363
"Why is it," Cynthia asked her husband, "that every time we start to kiss you have to..."

...glance at the television first?"

"I don't do that!"

"Yes you do. Every time I try to kiss you, you either look over my shoulder or turn your head enough to see the tv."

"Come on Cyn, sometimes, you want a kiss right in the middle of something important."

"What's more important than me Greg, a beer commercial or..."

"Nothing is more important than you sweetheart. I swear!"

"Really? Then let's turn the tv off and try it again."

"Now?"

"Yes Greg, now!"

"Can we wait until halftime?"

Cynthia turns and walks away, muttering as she leaves the room, "I knew I should have married Kyle."

Greg, unable to hear what Cynthia said, but feeling that he should at least seem interested, asks, "what was that honey?"

"I said, I'll be back in a little while."

"I'll be right here," Greg calls after her.

"Lucky me," Cynthia says to herself, "lucky me."

...answer a text?" she said looking down at her husbands face glued to the blackberry.

"Just one second..." He muttered. Before her husband,Chase, could make a move she had grabed the phone from his hands.

"Hey!" he whined "Give it back!!" Chase tried several times to grab the phone but failed and gave up quickly.

"Who is so important as to interupt OUR kiss?" Cynthia asked annoyed. She fliped to "recent sent message's" and saw the name Dawn appear several times so thinking it was just a co-worker or something she clicked on it and low behold it said, "I'll see you tonight hun" with a little winking face at the end. She looked up with a gaping hole as her mouth. She droped the phone with a "clang" and smacked Chase in the face and walked away......

...sneeze?" she stated wiping her face of spit and snot.

"Sorry," Joesph blurted in between two more sneezes. "You know how bad alergie's are this season in Indiana!" Cynthia rolled her eyes and proceded to slip under the covers, away from Joesph's sneezing self.

"Come on lets try that again!" He pleaded taking the covers off her and prying her with his index finger.

"Fine.." Cynthia groaned rolling over to face the striking ice-blue eyes she fell in love with. They went in for the kiss just as Joesph's alergie's blurted in showering Cynthia in another wave of snot and spit......

...all this snow?"

"Oh, hey, man," came a response from Bert, one of the other apartment dwellers. "It like snowed last night, and I thought it would be cool to pack the tub with free snow rather than buy ice for the party tonight."

"Bert, the party isn't gonna start until at least eight o'clock. Do you really think the snow is gonna last until then?"

"Oh, wow, Kerry, I like didn't think about that."

"And where are we supposed to take a shower now?"

"Oh, wow, man, I didn't think about that either."

Kerry could not maintain her composure any longer. "Bert, what do you think about?"

After a moment of serious reflection, Bert's face lit up and he started to laugh. "I'm thinkin' about the big party, man!"

All Kerry could do was shake her head, and accept the fact that Bert was Bert.
