Sammy grinned knowingly. "I'll show you."
After a very long pause, in which Sammy apparently did nothing to explain the meaning of this so called 'self stuff', Delilah coughed. Sammy looked toward her. Then he said, "Will you clean my shoes out for me?"
Delilah was furious. "Of course I won't!" she fumed, "You haven't even told me what's wrong with them! Besides, I don't have time to take care of someone else's business, much less someone who is very annoying and exasperating! I could be spending my time much better, like getting a pedicure, or doing something for me!" She started to stomp off.
"That is self stuff," Sammy said.
