"I swear I didn't see him, officer," Cassie said. "I was just backing out when suddenly I..."

...saw that bright pink path. It was empty, then I hit him... as I said, I DID NOT SEE HIM, OFFICER!!!!!"

"TURN YOUR ENGINE OFF NOW, and step out of car, put you hands..."

"Oh, look there's another path, over there, it's bright orange!" Cassie drove forward towards the house.

The officer dived at her door and hung on, calling, "Path, there's no path... only a house ...."

Cassie braked so hard that Officer Yeates was flung off. She jumped out and pointed at a nearby tree, saying, "But it has a sign there, look..."

Brushing himself off, the Officer said softly, "So what does the sign say?"

"Oh," she replied with a far-away look, "It reads, "Psycho Path."

...heard my back being ripped open by this huge monster of a truck from behind.

I am a vintage born in 1932 and my body was worn with age, as a result I couldn't move quickly. My stimuli were slow and hence I was backing out at 1/2 kph. I was tooting, coughing and chiking and spewing out smoke from my exhaust. There was both visual and audio effects which could be seen and heard by the truck a Ford make. Inspite of my slow motion this monster rams into me. Judging by standards the truck must have been in his teens. Teenagers have scant respect for old antiques like me.

Now my backbone is fractured, have lost my sight (tail lights damaged) glasses splattered legs fractured (tyres flattened) and have now become a nervous wreck. My entire future now is at stake and instead of taking action against the truck and stripping him of registration and certifying him of unroadworthiness, you are hurling abuses at me and want to tow me away and put me into the wreckage car yard.

Mr.Officer you shall hear from my lawyers soon and a suit for defamation and libel will be laid against your door and days are not far off for you to be behind bars.
